Lim Kopi?

Retired widower Lim Seng finds himself isolated and lonely, with his social life and daily routines disrupted by the Circuit Breaker measures. When his teenage granddaughter Cheryl moves in with him, he attempts to rebuild a connection with her, but his efforts appear abrasive. Their relationship deteriorates as both struggles to adapt to one another’s living habits and are forced to grapple with the meaning of family.

We produced a Lim Kopi? for Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. to showcase family togetherness and connections through affection and interactions with one another – the driving force behind a loving heart. There’s a quote that says, “No family is perfect, we argue we fight. We even stop talking to each other at times, but in the end, family is family, the love will always be there”, which summarises the short drama.

Lim Kopi? is commissioned by IMDA & Mediacorp Pte. Ltd.
