This year Q2 Cohesion Day was held on 5th May 2022 at Sentosa Island and it was a great opportunity for the staff from various departments to forge new friendships and get to know one another.
With 42 pax playing treasure hunting across Sentosa Island, the group members are formed to intermingle with various departments and complete the goals together. The treasure hunt is specially curated with an amazing twist. These team-building activities allow the members to get to know one another through each other boundaries, strengths, and limitations at the same time open/active communication. Being a cohesive team means that not only are group goals met but everyone feels like they have contributed to the overall success of the group and mission. Each person will feel that they have a purpose in the team rather than individual recognition, therefore, valuing teamwork/camaraderie. Here are some snippets from the event:
