When ensuring seating and segregation, remember that as an event planner, you cater to everyone so they can do their own thing, while not feeling suffocated! Plus points if you make sure that the people filming have some room to be seated at, too.
Plan, plan, plan!
Some people overpack when traveling for a reason.
When you’re in control of the event, that doesn’t necessarily guarantee that everything will always go to plan, and it’s more feasible to have a back-up plan in case! Even for production houses like us, we always double check to make sure that everything goes smoothly, so that would be no or just minor hiccups. As you plan your event, always be in communication with your agency so that you would have ample time and room to sort things out together! After all, it may take a village to succeed, but teamwork really makes the dream work.
